Week 49: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
I know, I know. “This book had its chance” and “This isn’t cool anymore.”
Well, here’s the skinny: I loved this book. Right up until the last few paragraphs, but still. What surprised me was, though I was so sure this was going to be just utterly stupid, I tried it because one of my dearest friends insisted I had to at least read it once. And I truly enjoyed myself through 99.5% of it. It was fun, silly in places, a little serious in others, and all in all, I enjoyed the ride. If you haven’t read this, I challenge you to try something new and enter this giveaway. When you get it, read it. And see if you don’t surprise yourself.
