Let’s talk progress so far in 2020.

April – June Progress

The past few months have been a flurry of activity, to put it mildly:

• There’s a new Patreon you should check out.
• Wraithblade is making progress (updates below).
• News about Blazebound!
• A secret side project happened that delayed everything (but it’s worth it)

My Secret Project

A friend of mine ran into some snags with some books they needed to launch asap, so I paused my work to help them with editing. It did set back my writing a little bit, but it was worth it and I’m grateful I had the chance to help them.

That’s what this whole experience is about, you know? Helping each other, supporting each other, and being part of the process.

I’m glad you’re part of my journey, too.

Besides, there’s a silver lining to it: helping them actually gave me a chance to step away from Wraithblade for a bit and get some air. Even with a project you love, sometimes you just need to take some time away.

Boyce Family Patreon

I launched an exciting new project — my Boyce Family Patreon.

Make sure to check it out and join the party if you haven’t already.

Though that did eat up a bit of my time, I’ve been focused on delving deep into Wraithblade. I’m really happy with the progress, so let’s dive in…

Wraithblade Saga

A couple of things to announce here.

For starters, there’s an update to the cover.

As you probably know by now, I love cover design. The whole process is so fun to me.

The book 2 cover for Wraithblade was so beautiful that my team and I actually loved it even more than book 1… so we switched them!

Meet the new covers for books 1 & 2 of the Wraithblade Saga:

Like I said, I’m in love.

You should be able to expect a preorder link on Wraithblade by the end of July/early August. My goal is to have it for you to read before August is out!

I can’t wait to share this novel with you. It has been such a wild ride for me to write this, and I’ve learned so much about myself through the journey.

I can’t wait to see what you discover, too.

Blazebound

I’m really happy with and impressed by the progress on Blazebound… and we have a special announcement today!

I can officially let you know that my brother is co-writing this story with me.

He wasn’t sure he wanted the spotlight, so we kept it a secret at first. Now, though, he’s ready to own his part in this amazing story.

I’m grateful. I think you’re going to love it, and the story is deeply personal to him and his journey.

That means we get to update the cover!
